1200 NB was R2’s first completed development in the Goose Island Submarket and consists of a 55,000 SF adaptive reuse renovation of the former Charles Levy printing facility. 1200 NB is located on 3.5 acres of land along the Chicago River. Building tenants include Azumo, Circle Logistics, Passion House Coffee and Revolution Enterprises.

In 2019, R2 completed a large-scale public art collaboration with Australian-based artist Georgia Hill.
