130 South Jefferson is a heavy-timber Creative Office building located in the West Loop submarket, two blocks from the Union and Ogilvie Train Stations. R2 acquired the property in Fall 2016 and completed capital and cosmetic improvement projects, including a new lobby, renovated corridors & bathrooms, and significant mechanical upgrades. R2 also painted the building and installed an aggressive leasing and marketing campaign to stabilize the building.

In 2019, R2 recapitalized 130 South Jefferson alongside Heitman (NSDQ:HTMNX).
