The Chicago Board of Trade Building is one of Chicago’s most notable architectural icons in the City. Not only is CBOT a historic symbol of commerce, but one of hope and perseverance.

R2 partnered with Apollo Global Management to reposition the Chicago Board of Trade Building in 2023 with plans to revitalize and uncover the 1.4 Million square foot building, that includes Creative Office, Retail, Restaurant, significant building Amenities and irreplaceable spaces, including the historic trading floor, annex building and tower floors with the best views in Chicago.
