Crown–Arts is a Creative Office Campus in the Northeast Arts District of downtown Minneapolis.

The building includes 11 individual and historic buildings spanning 19.44 acres. Major tenants include Blu Dot Furniture HQ, Bauhaus Brewlabs, Modern Survey and Dogwood Coffee.

R2 acquired the building in Fall 2018 and plans to modernize mechanical systems, complete significant cosmetic renovations and add amenities to the building.
